Founded by hospitality professional Natasha Knight, Co Creator Collective is the only consulting firm specializing in assistance to minority and women-owned food businesses.

We work with clients of all backgrounds and at any stage of business. But minorities face unique challenges as owners and representatives of their diverse and valuable communities. Women and people of color are represented in every facet of the U.S. food-service industry–except leadership. We believe that successful ownership starts with collaboration, professional guidance, and most of all, support.

We work with clients from underrepresented groups, and offer diversity training and minority recruitment to help everyone work better together.
